According to him, the Ukrainian side is referred to the draft provisions on the RF interaction dispatching maritime services and the procedure for the passage of vessels in the Kerch Strait.
It is worth noting that among the most important investment projects, which intend to Ukraine and Russia in the sphere of transport, Efimenko called railroad Moscow to Vienna, via Ukraine.
